This Warranty Policy applies to eligible InnAIO hardware products purchased from our official website or authorized sales channels.
12-Month Limited Warranty
InnAIO products come with a 12-month limited warranty.
The warranty period begins from the date you receive the product. During the warranty period, if your product experiences a performance failure caused by defects in materials or workmanship under normal use, InnAIO will provide warranty service free of charge.
This limited warranty supplements, and does not replace, any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
Warranty Coverage
This warranty covers manufacturing defects and functional failures that occur under normal use within the warranty period, including but not limited to:

Hardware failure caused by defects in materials or workmanship

Charging or power-related failure not caused by misuse

Microphone, speaker, button, or connection failure under normal use

Product performance issues confirmed by InnAIO after inspection
Depending on the issue, InnAIO may provide one of the following solutions:

Repair of the defective product

Replacement with the same model or an equivalent product

Other reasonable after-sales solutions determined by InnAIO
Replacement products may be new or refurbished, but will be functionally equivalent to the original product.
Proof of Warranty

InnAIO may need to inspect or evaluate the product before confirming whether the issue is covered under warranty.
What Is Not Covered
Warranty service does not apply in the following situations:

Out of warranty period
The product has exceeded the 12-month warranty period. -
Damage caused by misuse or external force
Damage caused by accidents, drops, collisions, compression, bending, improper storage, or other external force. -
Liquid damage or moisture damage
Damage caused by water ingress, liquid exposure, high humidity, or use in unsuitable environments. -
Unauthorized repair or modification
Products that have been disassembled, repaired, modified, or maintained by unauthorized parties. -
Improper use
Damage caused by use that does not follow the product instructions, official guidelines, or intended purpose. -
Use of incompatible accessories
Damage or performance issues caused by non-official, incompatible, or poor-quality accessories, chargers, cables, magnetic attachments, or third-party components. -
Normal wear and tear
Cosmetic wear, scratches, dents, discoloration, natural aging, or other appearance changes that do not affect normal product function. -
Lost products or accessories
Loss of the device, charging cable, magnetic accessories, case, user manual, packaging, or other accessories due to user reasons. -
Products from unauthorized sources
Products purchased from unauthorized sellers, second-hand platforms, resale channels, stolen sources, counterfeit sources, or without valid proof of purchase. -
Force majeure
Damage or failure caused by natural disasters, fire, flood, lightning, abnormal voltage, or other events beyond reasonable control.
Accessories
Accessories included with the product, such as charging cables, magnetic rings, protective cases, or other peripheral items, may have limited warranty coverage only if the issue is confirmed to be caused by a manufacturing defect.
Damage, loss, normal wear, or improper use of accessories is not covered under warranty.
Shipping and Handling
For eligible warranty claims confirmed by InnAIO, we will provide the appropriate after-sales solution based on the specific case.
Shipping costs, return instructions, and handling methods may vary depending on your region, product condition, and warranty eligibility. Please contact our support team before sending any product back.
Products returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
