1. Product & Usage
Can I use TransNote without a smartphone?
Yes. TransNote supports standalone recording, so you can use major recording features without a smartphone. For app-based features such as voice cloning, cloud management, transcription, and some translation functions, the InnAIO Pro app may be required.
How long does TransNote last on a full charge?
TransNote supports up to 50 hours of continuous recording and up to 50 hours of continuous translation. Actual battery life may vary depending on usage, environment, network conditions, and feature settings.
What is required to use the voice cloning feature?
You only need to record or upload an approximately 30-second voice sample in the InnAIO Pro app. The AI will learn your voice and generate a cloned voice for supported translation and voice message scenarios.
Can I use translation in chat apps like LINE or WhatsApp?
Yes. With the app-linked translation feature, you can use TransNote with SNS and chat apps such as LINE, WhatsApp, and other messaging apps. You can input voice and display translations directly in supported app scenarios.
How accurate is the translation?
TransNote uses advanced AI engines and supports up to 98% translation accuracy with response speeds as fast as 0.5 seconds. Actual accuracy and speed may vary depending on language, accent, network conditions, background noise, and usage environment.
Does using the app require a monthly fee?
Basic features are available with the free plan. If you need higher real-time translation limits, extended call/video translation, or more cloned voice profiles, you can upgrade to a paid plan such as Silver or Gold.
Which smartphone operating systems are supported?
The InnAIO Pro app supports both iOS and Android devices.
Where is the recorded data stored?
Recordings can be stored in the device’s 32GB local storage. You can also sync recordings to the app for cloud-based management, depending on your settings and available services.
How is my data protected?
TransNote uses advanced encryption technology for data transfer and storage. Your data will not be accessed by unauthorized third parties without your permission.
2. Digital Business Card
Does the recipient need the InnAIO Pro app to receive my digital business card?
No. The recipient does not need to install the app. They can view your digital business card in a browser by tapping an NFC-enabled smartphone.
Can I update my digital business card information anytime?
Yes. You can update your photo, contact information, and profile details through the app at any time. Your shared digital business card can stay up to date with the latest information.
3. Shipping & Delivery
When will TransNote start shipping?
TransNote is expected to start shipping around July 7, 2026. Orders will be processed and shipped in the order they are received.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Could the shipping date change?
Estimated shipping dates may vary slightly due to production, quality inspection, customs clearance, or logistics conditions. If there are any changes to the shipping schedule, we will notify customers by email.
